Summer Prize Draw Terms & Conditions (2026)

The summer prize draw is organised by Continuum Attractions and runs across York's Chocolate Story, Coronation Street Experience, Emmerdale Village Tour, Spinnaker Tower, Oxford Castle Prison, Loch Ness Experience, and The Real Mary King's Close. 

1. Eligibility

1.1 The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Staff members are excluded from the draw.

1.2 Entry is limited to one entry per person, regardless of how many participating attraction websites they enter through.

2. How to Enter

2.1 To enter, complete the sign-up form via the pop-up displayed on Emmerdale Village Tour's website.

2.2 The prize draw runs between 20 July 2026 and 1 September 2026. Entries received after this date will not be counted.

2.3 No purchase is necessary to enter.

2.4 Only entries with complete and accurate information will be accepted.

3. The Prize

3.1 One winner will be picked at random and awarded a single £1,000 cash prize across all participating Continuum Attractions sites. There is not a separate prize for each attraction.

3.2 The prize is as stated and cannot be exchanged for an alternative prize or transferred to another person.

3.3 There is only one prize available in this prize draw.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

4.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received across all participating attraction websites during the entry period.

4.2 The winner will be announced on 3 September 2026.

4.3 The winner will be notified by email using the contact details provided at entry.

5. Data Protection

5.1 Personal information provided during entry will be used solely for the purposes of administering this prize draw and will be handled in accordance with Continuum Attractions' Privacy Policy.

5.2 Entrants have the option to tick a separate checkbox to opt in to marketing communications. This is optional and entry into the prize draw is not conditional on opting in.

6. General

6.1 By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

6.2 Continuum Attractions' decision is final. We're unable to respond to individual queries about the outcome.

6.3 Continuum Attractions reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

6.4 This prize draw and these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
