Need to update your booking?
We understand that plans can change, so you can reschedule your booking as long as this is done at least 48 hours before your scheduled visit.
Follow the simple steps below to manage or make changes to your tickets so your visit goes smoothly.
Before You Reschedule
- There will be a £10 administration fee if you decide to reschedule your ticket
- You will need to create an account to be able to reschedule your booking
- If your visit is within 48 hours, we will be unable to reschedule your booking. Therefore, it is essential that you make any changes at least 48 hours before your scheduled visit.
Steps to Reschedule Your Booking

Step 2
- Option 1 - If you created an account when buying tickets, log in with your username and password
- Option 2 - If you did not create an account when buying tickets, click “Reset Password”. Use the same email address you used to book your tickets.
You will receive an email to reset your password and be able to log in to your account.

Step 3
Click “View” followed by “Re-book” on the subsequent page for the ticket you want to change.

Step 4
Select your new date and time, and follow the usual booking process. A £10 administration fee will be added at checkout.
You will then receive a new booking confirmation email.
