Star Tours

The tours are operated by Continuum Attractions and are not connected to the production of the show. Unfortunately, we are unable to help with these requests or queries and may be unable to respond to show-specific questions.

While we don’t have a full café, we do serve hot and cold drinks along with a range of grab-and-go snacks to keep you refreshed during your visit. For something more substantial, there are great places to eat at Harewood House or within the local area.

We also have a fantastic gift shop where you can browse our range of official Emmerdale merchandise, unique gifts and memorabilia. Unfortunately, we are unable to send any of the items in the gift shop by post. You can also visit the Emmerdale section of the official ITV Shop to see our tote bags, aprons and reusable cups – as seen on TV.

Unfortunately, due to interior filming taking place at a different location, we’re unable to show you inside the studios. We do however often take guests inside the church interior set. This is not guaranteed and is subject to filming requirements.

You will meet a surprise cast member during your tour and have the chance to have your photograph taken with them on your own device.

Due to the actors’ busy schedules, we cannot guarantee any specific cast member on any specific day, nor are we able to take any requests.

Guided Tour:

  • The Emmerdale Village Guided Tour tickets are available on weekends and bank holidays only.
  • Involves a guided tour of the show’s external set as well as transport to and from our designated meeting point.
  • There is no opportunity to meet a member of the cast at the end of your Emmerdale Village.

Star Tours:

  • The Emmerdale Village Star Tours are available on select weekends.
  • Includes a meet and greet with a cast member, a guided tour of the show’s external set, as well as transport to and from our designated meeting point.

Please note that we do not offer tours of the show’s interior sets.

The tour can be enjoyed in most weather conditions. However, in rare cases of extreme weather, such as heavy snow or ice, we may adjust, postpone, or cancel tours for safety reasons. If this happens, guests will be promptly informed of alternative arrangements, such as rescheduling or refunds.

Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear suitable footwear for uneven surfaces. We recommend umbrellas and raincoats for rain, warm clothing for snow or cold, and sunscreen and hats for sunny conditions.

Please note that, as this is a working rural environment, sometimes there may be grass cutting nearby. If you suffer from hay fever or seasonal allergies, we suggest taking antihistamines or other suitable medication before your visit.
