The Emmerdale Village Tour operate on weekends from 10am – 6pm. Please refer to the opening times calendar for more information.
Since the Emmerdale Village Tour is located on a live working set, our opening hours can vary depending on the production schedule. We reserve the right to withdraw a date from sale, subject to demand or production schedules.
If you are dropping someone off for the tour, this must be done at the Harewood ticket barriers. If you wish to use the car park and facilities at Harewood, you must purchase a Harewood or Emmerdale admission ticket.
You will see from the list of available ticket types, you are able to select ‘Guided Tour Ticket + Free Carer Ticket’. If you have purchased a gift voucher, you are also able to do this once you have redeemed your tickets through our website. Simply add a free carer ticket on the ‘add on’ page once you have selected your date and time slot. Please do remember to take your proof of carer status with you otherwise this may result in refusal of entry to the attraction.
We accept:
- Proof of government benefit (such as DLA, PIP or carers allowance)
- Blue badge
- Access card
You will receive a carer specific email with all you need to know upon booking your tickets.
If you need more than two carer tickets per booking, please email info@emmerdalevillagetour.co.uk.
Yes, you are able to reschedule your booking providing it’s still more than 48 hours from your visit. If you decide to reschedule your ticket, there will be a £10 administration fee. You will need to create an account to be able to reschedule your booking. Please click here should you wish to reschedule.
However, if your visit is within 48 hours, we are unable to reschedule your booking.
If you’ve not received your confirmation, please email info@emmerdalevillagetour.co.uk with as many booking details as possible (name on booking, booking reference number and the date/time) for us to look into this for you. Please allow 72 hours for our team to respond.
Please ensure you check your junk mail, as occasionally email confirmations may appear in here. To prevent this from happening, we recommend you add info@emmerdalevillagetour.co.uk to your safe senders list, if possible.
We don’t have child tickets currently available because of limited capacities on the coach.
Under 4s go free – these are added later in the booking process. After you have selected the date/time, you will be prompted to add any under 4s. However, don’t worry if you forget to do this/don’t see this option, we will admit any under 4s on the day for free.
Please allow approximately 3 hours for your visit. Please find below a timing matrix for reference. Please note, traffic can sometimes impact these timings but this will give you an overview.

Yes! You need to pre-book as popular time slots sell out very quickly. We do not accept walk-up bookings, therefore pre-booking guarantees your tour time and date.
If you happen to be in the vicinity of Harewood House, please check our online booking calendar for any last-minute availability.
Whilst we welcome children, the visit lasts approximately 3 hours, which includes a 90-minute, fully-guided tour with around 5,000 steps. Therefore, you may wish to consider whether the tour is suitable for your children.
For their safety and security, all visitors are admitted subject to a condition that, if requested to do so, they will allow themselves and/or their belongings to be searched before entry.
Only small bags (under 40 cm x 35 cm x 19 cm) are permitted on-site. Please note that security reserves the right to search any bags brought onto the premises. For the safety of all visitors and staff, any dangerous, sharp, or prohibited items (including weapons, scissors, or tools) are strictly not allowed and will be confiscated.
The Coronation Street Experience and Emmerdale Village Tour package deal is an exciting way to visit both of our attractions!
When booking this, you will be prompted to select a date/time for the Emmerdale Village Tour. You will then be sent voucher codes for the Coronation Street Experience, which will be valid for one year from date of purchase.
You do not need to take both of these tours on the same day and we do not offer any transport between the two sites.
We do not have partnerships with any hotels and cannot provide specific recommendations for accommodation. However, plenty of accommodation options are available near the area, and we encourage guests to search online to find the one that best suits their needs.
We do not accept cash. It is card only.
The tours are operated by Continuum Attractions and are not connected to the production of the show. Unfortunately, we are unable to help with these requests or queries and may be unable to respond to show-specific questions.
