Can I reschedule my booking?

Yes, you can reschedule your booking if it’s more than 48 hours before your visit and the tickets were purchased directly through our website. A £10 administration fee will apply if you choose to reschedule. Please visit Manage My Booking to reschedule your booking. 

Please note:

  • We’re unable to reschedule bookings within 48 hours of your visit. 
  • Third party vouchers cannot be rescheduled after the date of your tour.

There could be a number of reasons for this: The full experience and Star Tours only operate on select weekends and bank holidays due to the demands of the production.

We release tickets periodically throughout the year, so you may also be looking too far ahead where tickets have not been released yet. We strongly recommend you sign up to our email alerts so we can drop you an email to let you know once new dates are released. It may also be that the timeslot you’re looking to book has already sold out.

You may cancel your booking within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund. After 14 days, bookings are non-refundable.

No-show fees are 100% of the booking. We retain absolute discretion as to whether No-show fees will be charged.

If we have availability, you will be able to book additional tickets in the same slot via our ‘Book Now’ page.

You will receive an email confirming what steps you need to take to reschedule your tickets for a future date, along with details of any refund arrangements.
